How do I go back to get older articles or all the articles from a sites archives FeedWordPress only picks up recent articles

I was trying to clean up duplicated posts and ended up accidentally deleting everything older than Sept 2010, and the feed (http://citizenradio.libsyn.com/) should go back to 2008. I could really use help with this if you know a way I can retrieve the older posts from libsyn.
