Q: How do I make the links within a syndicated post open in a new browser window?

A. This is a bit complicated, because it requires digging into the actual contents of posts, and so you can’t do it with a simple edit to your WordPress templates. (Actually, if you really wanted to, you could do it by writing a custom filter that goes in the functions.php template file in your active theme. But this is really the sort of thing properly handled by a plugin.)

The easiest way to do it is to download, install, and enable an Add-On that will do it for you, such as FWP+: Open links in new windows.
