I recently committed the following change to the Development Version of FeedWordPress:
WP3.2 partial JS fix: get tagBox working again. Cat box is still imperfect; you can add posts but it doesn't clear out the input box after.

Bugfix: Mis-use of wpdb->prepare() caused guid match clauses to get blanked out when URL included %HEX escapes, which in turn caused nasty obliteration of existing wp_posts records.
